Managed Operations
A delivery model that combines trained teams with day-to-day supervision, workforce management, QA and performance reporting.
Accountability for the operating scope
In a managed model, Teams BPO takes responsibility for the day-to-day execution of the selected workflow. That includes staffing, scheduling, supervision, queue management, QA, coaching and routine performance reporting.
The operating structure
A typical model can include operations specialists, team leaders, quality resources and account management, with workforce planning and reporting support depending on scale. The structure is adjusted to workload, complexity, hours of coverage and the level of management required.
Performance visibility
Performance is managed through service levels and operating measures. Reviews focus on volume, backlog, quality, turnaround, customer outcomes, exceptions and follow-up actions.
Scope expansion
Many engagements start with a specific queue or process. Once training, quality and service performance are stable, related work can be added in stages. This allows the operating model to grow while maintaining consistency.
